"Die Villa liegt wunderschön an der Ostsee im Altstadtteil von Sassnitz. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr geräumig und man hat einen malerischen Blick auf die Ostsee, den man den ganzen Tag genießen kann. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr groß und üppig und zeitgemäß eingerichtet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen."

"Unser Appartement war mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Leider nicht mit mehr. So gibt es z.B. einen Teppich jedoch keinen Staubsauger oder Besen (lediglich einen Handfeger). Leider ist die sonstige Ausstattung wie z.B. Kissen, Toaster auch nicht in einem besseren Zustand. Ich kann leider auch nicht von toller Sauberkeit berichten. "Das Haus ist schön und für 2 Personen perfekt. Die Lage sehr gut, nahe am Jasmunder Wald. Unser Tagespreis war rund 143,00/Tag. Dafür ein Wäsche-"Paket", das man nur ein Päckchen nennen kann: ein kleines Hände- und ein Duschtuch pro Person für zweieinhalb Wochen. Weitere Handtücher gegen ordentlichen Aufpreis, kein Toilettenpapier, ein Küchenhandtuch, Spültabs selber mitbringen... Das Bettlaken aus mehreren kleinen Laken zusammengestückelt, sodass man jeden Morgen ein heilloses Geknüddel hat....

If you allow late checkout on a Sunday then resource the cleaning schedule properly to allow the next guests to get in on time, OR DON’T OFFER A LATE CHECKOUT ON A SUNDAY - it’s really that simple! “Room not ready yet, come back at 4”, “room not ready yet, come back at 5 ‘if you’re lucky” WT actual \*\*\*k!? Then the cleaner took our dog bowl - why would you do that!? Messaged them twice to see if we could pick it up on the way back from our onward journey but they didn’t even have the decency to reply. Really good facility, but unfortunately it would appear that the management couldn’t run a bath, never mind a hotel. A real shame!"
