Great location for shops, food options and the historic centre. All walkable but close also for public transport options. Helpful, warm, friendly front desk staff. Also 24 hr so can happily leave key - one less thing to worry about when you’re out and about. Only slight negative, no tea/coffee in room and even small convenience stores close early in Vienna - be warned! Local Golden Arches was open late for takeaway tea/coffee and cheeky cakes - 2 min walk away.
