Станция метро Rathaus расположена в 7 минутах от отеля, также недалеко есть стоянка для аренды велосипедов. Все основные достопримечательности расположены в пределах 20 минутной пешеходной прогулки, что делает этот отель очень привлекательным для туристов, желающих максимально комфортно осмотреть Вену. Интерьеры гостиницы выдержаны в традиционном Австрийском стиле, в номерах уютно, имеется сейф, достаточно вместительный шкаф, функциональная ванная. Отель оставил только положительное впечатление. We had booked a nonsmoking room and were given a smoking room. This was quickly remedied and we were even upgraded to a better room. The staff was extremely helpful, not only with our stay at the hotel but with our stay in Vienna - recommending places to shop and eat. The location is excellent. It's close to the Metro and buslines. It's within walking distance of the Freud Museum. The room was on the small side but it's well furbished and the bathroom is bright and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. This hotell was exatky what we were looking for. Quiet, clean, quite cilent area of the town and not very far away from the centrum of the city. (Didn't see any suspect persons) From Vienna airport take S-bahn 7 and switch to U-bahn 4\. (Euro 3,60) Total travel time (including walk from U-bahn Station approx 1 hour. If your are looing for a hotell whith parties and fun this is not the hotell. The only thing that was out on line was the 15 euro breakfast, but we opted for a good breakfast that was right around the corner for 1/3 the price. It was a bit of a walk to get around but Vienna is a really big and crowded city. Hotel ist für 2 Tage genau richtig, weil man sich ja eh nicht im Zimmer aufhält. Fühstück zu teuer. Zimmer und Bad etwas klein.Vom Hotel 5 Minuten bis zur Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe und etwa 6 Stationen bis zur Stadmitte (Oper). 48 Stundenticket ist zu empfehlen, man kann mit jeder Bahn und Bus rund um Wien fahren, sehr günstig. Nous avons eu une chambre pour 3 personne et le 3ème lit - était un fauteuil dépliant, pas du tout confortable pour dormir... L'intérieur n'était de loin pas 4 étoiles, le sèche - cheveux ne marchait pas... Wir waren über Weihnachten in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer, welches zunächst für uns vorgesehen war. hat uns nicht gefallen. Es war ein Baugerüst vor dem Fenster und für 3 Personen einfach zu klein. Wir bekamen aber direkt ein anderes, sehr schönes Zimmer. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal im Hotel wirklich extrem nett und zuvorkommend! Wir haben selten so bemühte und freundliche Hotelmitarbeiter erlebt! Das Zimmer war immer sauber, der Zimmerservice auch sehr zuvorkommend! Das Hotel selbst ist ca. 5-7 Min. von der nächsten Straßenbahn entfernt, von da aus sind es ca. 10 Min. zu Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Hofburg oder dem Stephansdom. Für eine Wien Städtetour unbedingt geeignet! THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND NEAT BUT A BIT TOO WARM(EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOVEMBER). HAD TO SHUT OFF THE HEATER AND OPEN THE WINDOWS THOUGH THE STAFF OFFERED TO CHANGE OUR ROOM. THE HOTEL WAS A SHORT WALK FROM THE TRAM STOP(5-7 MIN) AND U BAHN(10MIN). SINCE WE MADE TRIPS TO PRAGUE AND SALZBURG, WE FOUND IT PERFECT THAT THERE WERE DIRECT TRAMS TO THE WESTBAHNHOF AND SUDBAHNHOF TOO. Manko: Frühstück 15Euro und die Lage. Wenn man ankommt ist es schwer zu finden, danach geht es aber alles gut und schnell entweder per Bus, Tram oder Ubahn Richtung Stadt. This hotel is located about 30 min from city center on tram D. That is including the walk from hotel to the tram stop. The room was semi comfortable but clean. The first room we got didn't have a/c but we got another room the same day and a/c was perfect! The tram / metro was kind of far & it took a good 10 to 15 min ride to get to the Old City. Je suis d'accord avec les commentaires des autres voyageurs : pour un hotel 4\* c'est décevant. J'arrivais d'un 3\* qui était beaucoup mieux. La chambre était propre mais SI petite ! (une chance qu'il y avait un placard parce que nos 2 valises n'auraient pas rentrées. La salle de bain était assez fonctionnelle malgré les inondations causées par la douche. Le personnel a été peu cordial : assez froid et me faisais sentir ridicule face à mes questions. Proximité : 5 min pour se rendre à station de tram + 20 min pour arriver au centre. (pour nous c'était ok. à vous de juger !) Point positif : ordinateur à la disposition des clients ! Staff spoke English and were very helpful. Room was very small, but adequate. We stayed for 2 nights and didn't spend much time in the hotel. Free wireless internet was great. We were there in late June, and for some reason the bedding included warm blankets and there was no bedspread on the bed. The air conditioning did not cool the room that well, but there was a fan provided which was helpful.
