"This property is perfect for relaxing weekend at the river! It is a few minutes walk to the boat launch into Big River, clean, comfortable, and it has all the activities you could want after a long day in the sun. I especially loved sitting in the hot tub watching the sunset and looking up at the abundancy of stars!! I would definitely stay hear again!! "

"This property does not disappoint! Stayed with a group of 8 and had plenty of comfortable space for all. The owners are super nice, very proactive and responsive. The home is beautiful and the views from the back patio are some of the best we have seen in Parker. A/C works awesome on both floors. It was 114 degrees during our stay and everyone was very comfortable. The accessible "in-law suite" on the first floor was perfect for my parents to relax and get quiet time away when needed. Kitchen is fully stocked and ready to handle a large group. The game room was an awesome addition for when the wind picked up and the water became choppy. Private dock is very functional and is ready to accept your boat and/or jetski with large bumpers and several cleats to tie up. The pool ended up being a nice calm place to relax during the heat of the day. Lot's of great memories made this trip. Highly recommend this property, we'll definitely be booking again!"
