My kids really enjoyed the use of the pool. The downsides were that there was only one key fob for the unit and it was needed to access the elevator, lobby, pool, etc. it limited our ability to split up or come and go at different times. The key to the unit was located in a lockbox a block or so away and we had to wake a homeless person and ask them to move, which was very uncomfortable. There was also no communication ahead of our stay that the freezer did not work, that caused us to waste some food that we had bought, and we probably would have not booked had we known that. ##### Michelle J.
