The price for the rooms does not match the quality. Rooms were just okay visually, beds were comfy but bed skirts were dirty/stained. Carpet was gross and bathtub was dirty. Hot tub doesn’t get hot. Check out was so-so, still waiting on charges to be corrected. Definitely not as good as other reviews stated and would not stay here again especially for the cost.

We arrived too late for breakfast one morning, but Patsy found us muffins to take back to our room. She was so nice and helpful. Said she’d been working at the hotel for 18 years!

One towel was dirty, another was worn thin in spots. Phone didn’t work. People above us were so noisy both nights. Someone even went to join the second night.

Great stay, staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was one of the best I've had. Only complaint which is not Hotels fault would be a bad chemical smell from the area.

I would stay again!!
Rooms were spacious and clean and the front desk staff and breakfast area lady were all very friendly and helpful. I am a light sleeper and the rooms were pretty soundproof.

The areas of remodel seemed sloppy. The laminate flooring was not secured to the floor. The shower enclosure poorly installed the bedding didn’t fit the bed. The Christmas stuff was dusty and old. The breakfast was not sufficient for the crowd. Overall, Not a good experience.

We had 3 rooms. One room had hair all over the toilet seat, 2nd room the toilet ran all night and the bathroom door wouldn't close, 3rd room had a big cockroach on the floor. All 3 rooms smelled like feet. Carpet in rooms and on the open stairwell stairs was filthy. Will not stay at a BW Plus ever again.

Room 316 was spacious and quiet. Two things that I notice and I am not a picky guest. The pillows were too soft for me, and the carpet wasn't cleaned enough. Other than that, I will return. Breakfast was good and the coffee selection was awesome!

Not real friendly at check in, like we were interrupting his night, no information about WiFi, breakfast, anything. Could tell there were leaks in ceiling due to some black spots and paint drooping in bathroom and at door. Shower head leaking and water in floor amd room felt damp. they moved us to another room where someone was in already that we walked in on. Back to original room and shower was replaced. No hot water amd nobody seemed to really know what to do. Finally taken care of. Not a horrible stay but not the best. Hotel needs some work.

We found our new place!
We travel to Victoria pretty often to visit family and this was the first time at this hotel. The price was the same as our “regular” place and we were looking to change and we LOVED our stay here! Hotel was nice and the front desk staff was very courteous. The 2nd floor where we were had a strange smell, but that didn’t effect the smell in the room at all. The breakfast area was kept clean and well stocked and was an added extra bonus! We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the buffet for this type of hotel. Overall great stay and our new “regular” place when we come back!

It was very convenient to lots of things, easy access! Very quiet & peaceful. Breakfast was excellent, staff bent over backwards to make my stay pleasant. So much so, that I’m here again for overnight stay, before heading back to Arkansas!

The first time I was here in July, the experience was awesome! The second time I was here in September, the soap containers were empty in the shower and there was lots of trash on the side parking lot. This last time I was here which was this weekend, the night counter person told us that breakfast was from 7am to 10am. The room was ok and could of been a little cleaner in the bathroom. I poured two drinks in the sink and it would not drain. We had to go to the front desk and ask for a plunger. Yes, there was the time change over the weekend and we went to breakfast area around 9 and there was nothing there other than slices of cheese thrown in the mini fridge, waffle mix was all watery and clumpy in the middle, the person who was supposed to make breakfast was not very friendly and unplugged everything and just ignored us. So no breakfast. The lady from the front desk made excuses and used the time change as one and that he has to go clean too. Check out time is not until 11 am so that should of definitely not been used as an excuse. This place is going downhill each time we stay there. Again, tons of trash on the side parking lot like someone had a big party there or something. I love coming to Victoria but I guess its time to look somewhere else for our next visit.
