We loved the apartment! It’s was beautiful, clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend!

Melissa and George were so amazing! They made our stay extra special! Thank you so much for everything! What a breath taking property with top class service!

From start to finish the staff at Courtney Lodge were all exceptional. Whether arranging transportation, advising on restaurants (although the on-site is also very good) or just having a chat, they were all amazing. Rooms were excellent and the meals were all superb. 100% a place we would stay again and recommend.

Look no further than Insika Lodge. The property is immaculate. Serene and picturesque, well-appointed rooms, exemplary staff, great food, the whole package. From the seamless airport pickup (Thulani), a team of knowledgeable reception staff ready to advise and assist with just about anything, gifted massage therapists in the spa, the most-courteous F&B staff I've experienced in a long while, cheerful and attentive housekeeping including turn down service. You'll want for nothing. At 1/5 the...

When we first arrived, we received a warm welcome from the staff. As we got to know the staff, we learned they are very accommodating and friendly. We kept hearing the slogan, The facilities are very clean and well maintained. We had early excursions in the morning before breakfast time is served. The staff were so kind to prepare us packaged breakfast to take to-go. The grounds including the pool and garden are beautiful. We even had the opportunity to speak to the owner, who is very kind and...

Very accommodating considering I booked for the correct days but the wrong year! They delivered my clean laundry to my new hotel the next day and helped me find another place to stay for my second night

Absolutely wonderful

Room was excellent. Very good AC system, spacious, very clean and look like new. Breakfast was great. Excellent staff and great customer service

Had a fantastic stay in this beautifully styled boutique lodge within easy walking distance of the main drag and the famous waterfall. The room was spacious with very comfortable beds. Huge big mosquito nets but no mosquitos to be seen anywhere as we were careful not to leave windows or doors open during evenings. The rain shower was the biggest that I have ever seen. Two separate sinks. The main lodge dining and lounge area was stunning. Service and staff impeccable and incredibly helpful....

Incredible stay. Under the guidance of Augustine the Club staff provide outstanding service. Thank you Grace at tour desk, Ronald at reception, Moses the staff game wardenfor his vulture expertise and advice before my Kruger safari ! There is a formidable attention to detail in addition to getting pampered in luxury in a truly amazing setting where wildlife litterally come towards you while safe on a terrace overlooking waterholes having breakfast ! The rural village tour is a remarkable human...

A beautiful, very calming and intimate little hotel. The staff is exceptional.

Beautiful hotel! Very well maintained, with beautiful gardens and 2 swimming pools. Very nicely decorated and very peaceful. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms have everything you need. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom towels are very nice and fluffy. It’s just a beautiful hotel.

The staff was very attentive, friendly and informative. Given the price, the level of comfort in the room was high, and the food provided was ample with delicious variety. The owner of the lodge went out of her way to drive me to a restaurant late one night. Overall, it is very clean, quiet and located in a good site.
