Property Summary  
Grotta Porcina is a beautiful and comfortable detached chalet located in Vetralla, Italy, just 5 km from the town center. It offers a shared 4-hectare property with a fenced 600 m2 park, a heated above-ground swimming pool (2x2 m, depth 84 cm, available seasonally from April 1 to October 30), an outdoor shower, garden furniture, and a barbecue area. The property also features roofed parking on the premises and a 50-meter bumpy motor access road. Amenities include a yard, internet WiFi, and parking.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a shared 4-hectare park area and a fenced 600 m2 park, perfect for outdoor enjoyment. Guests can take a refreshing dip in the heated above-ground swimming pool (2x2 m, depth 84 cm, seasonal availability: April 1 - October 30) or relax in the garden furniture area. An outdoor shower and a barbecue area are also available for your convenience.  
  
Other Information  
Please note that the owner does not accept youth groups for this holiday rental. The property is located just 3 km from a grocery store, 8 km from a supermarket, 5 km from a restaurant, and 8 km from a railway station. The nearby thermal baths "Tuscia Terme" are 10 km away, and the bathing lake "Vico" is 8 km from the property.  
  
Distances and Attractions  
Grotta Porcina is conveniently located just 59 km from the center of Rome and 30 km from the sea. Nearby attractions include the towns of Sutri (14 km), Viterbo (17 km), Tarquinia (29 km), Soriano Nel Cimino (33 km), and Bomarzo (33 km). Well-known lakes such as Vico (19 km), Bracciano (37 km), and Bolsena (36 km) are also easily accessible from the property.

You will be staying in a 2-room chalet with a living area of 60 square meters. The practical and comfortable furnishings include a living room with a panoramic window and an exit leading to the garden. The living/dining room features a sofa bed, a Scandinavian wood stove, a dining nook, a kitchen corner, a TV, and a flat screen. There is also an exit leading to the garden from this area. The chalet has one double bedroom.  
  
Amenities Included  
The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, and a cooking island. The chalet has a shower, bidet, and toilet. It also offers electric heating, air conditioning, and a view of the countryside. Additionally, it provides facilities such as a washing machine, mosquito net, and internet (WiFi) access.  
  
Other Information  
The chalet offers a comfortable and practical vacation experience with its well-equipped living spaces and amenities. The panoramic window and exits to the garden allow you to enjoy the outdoor surroundings during your stay. The Scandinavian wood stove adds a cozy touch to the living area. The kitchen is open and provides all the necessary appliances for your convenience. The chalet can accommodate up to three guests with its double bedroom and sofa bed in the living/dining room.
