« The room had jack hammering above, it had a portable A/C unit, both TV's didn't work they did get 1 to work, asked to be moved, weren't able to because they were booked solid. Won't be staying there again. »

« It was an good room. Wanted to make use of jacuzzi in room but the room was extremely humid (even with AC on) already so we didn't. Carpet felt wet; like it was cleaned recently and not yet quite dry. We enjoyed our stay regardless. Breakfast was very good. »

The whole room had an awful smell from something cooked in the room previously. Could hear guests in other rooms very easily, AC unit let in water when raining. »

« bathroom did not smell clean. There was no hand soap provided to wash your hands just body wash and shampoo, lotion. The bathroom also had a weak ceiling fan that you could barely hear turn on and motor was clearly out. Everytime someone used the bathroom in the hotel room the smell was trapped and lingered due to the poor/ broken bathroom fan. we brought it up and were told all the rooms have the same fan and that it was on and working.
