"The breakfast was fresh and phenomenal. It was fresh and very tasty. The staff at the front desk was wonderful and helpful. The guy at the outdoor spa area was just rude or having a REALLY BAD day! The room as very clean. The view was fantastic from the beautiful balcony. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if I ever had to return to Zermatt. I would have liked the shower stall to be a bit cleaner but I get it, it is hard when they don't have AC and mold tends to grow in the shower stall. Make no mistake, I am saying it correctly---there is a shower stall and a bathroom stall in your room. It is not like a bathroom AT ALL. But still, I would stay here again. "
