This property was not what I expected. The pool is not operational with 1/2 full of dirty water. The room itself was dated and in poor shape. The shower floor appeared to be dirty and towels were very small and old. The bedspreads did not look clean and I wouldn't lie in it. The TV did not appear to work. In the end I chose not to stay there for the night. Lost my payment but I wasn't comfortable staying there.

The room is not booked in the name of peggy, as such not entitled to comment. Room was properly cleaned and TV's are working in all rooms.

The manager is very rude , and this is my second time wanting to stay and she denied me this time for no reason and once I made a booking through booking .com and she took the money and didn’t let me stay ! Horrible place

AC is in a working condition and need to be plugged in. No issue pertaining to cleanliness raised after check-in. Hope to serve better.

There’s a cockroach infestation they need to take care of.. Pretty gross. The older lady at the front desk is rude, reminded me of dealing with a little kid but the other staff were nice!

We landed at 8PM past, called hotel to let them know we'd be late checking in. Airport is 40minutes away & we needed to eat first & it was raining. Lady on the phone insisted we start driving to hotel ASAP and she will not wait! Got to the hotel, sheets had blood stains, faucet is broken so no hot water, no ice machine, TV will not turn on using remote, had to look for another way to turn it on... host of problems!

The owner denied me asking me to pay 90 when my confirmation was 62.00 she said the website does not matter as I tried calling your company to help with the situation my room was given to someone else willing to pay more then she rudely said I'm closing now locked me out I slept outside in the parking lot I felt unsafe and did not sleep well or haven't even been able to shower I would like a call from management 805 509 9065

The lady atcthe front desk made it difficult for me to check in. She acted like i was making up my reservation and teying to get a room for a guy on a bike. So odd. Paint was peeling, burn holes on the comforters. The only positive was the new floors.

The only thing we liked was the coffee maker and microwave. The beds were awful hard and lumpy. We woke up with a backache. The pictures in the websites were beautiful showing clean blue water in the pool, the outside clean and new which is the total opposite of what we found when we checked in. The pool was black and filthy with debris stacked up all around the parking area. The woman who checked us in was rude and snotty. The doors were chipped and repairs made with different colored paint. The curtains and screens looked black with dirt and the shower was dangerous. Very slippery and the safety bars were all loose. The baseboards and legs of tables and chairs were rusted and the paint chipped. The walls were watermarked and had holes. I would say that in my 68 years of life this motel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

All the beds are relatively new. Pool is not open to public at present. No body was rude as alleged. Room was properly cleaned. Renovations are being carried out one by one.

The owner was disrespectful and had an attitude with everyone and made me pay again after y'all took my money. Like come on I need a refund back for the poor everything and the my room was ok but mess up and the bath was dirty still when I there and I had to clean the shower out because it was dirty still n the sink in the bathroom sink was pulled up with idk what it was so the water will rise up and not go down and I didn't have any fun experience at all and I'm upset

She had a misconcsption of having already paid, whereas it I'd clearily mentioned that the guest will pay at the motel. No adverse reported to enable remedial action.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The property is in a good location. Definitely walking distance to the pier and Main Street. There you will find many places to eat and shop.

Substantial mold in the bathroom. Rude attitude on the part of housekeeping who began deliberately harassing me at 10:45. Cheap, but funky. Not worth the savings. Won't do it again. Mold in the bathroom was noticeable.

The front desk person, so rude, an older woman, so unprofessional, I have a dispute in process with my bank, she said it was declined and it had been processed, I showed her the charge from my phone, she said you lie, leave she refused to look at my phone. It really impacted my visit. Stayed at the hotel 6.
