### Splendid "True Venice Apartment" overlooking water

The LAGUNA apartment is located in a quiet but central area of ​​Venice.  
Reachable in a few minutes from the station and Piazzale Roma (300 meters)  
There is a taxi landing place which makes the apartment suitable for those arriving from Marco Polo airport.  
The house enjoys splendid open views of the water and a wonderful bridge.  
Very close to all the main services.  
The furnishings are new and valuable and the house has recently been completely and tastefully renovated.  
The property offers a situation of absolute privacy and exclusivity.  
It is airy and very bright with splendid views because it is the joy of the eyes that gives peace to the spirit.  
The LAGUNA apartment is composed of:  
\- a kitchen equipped with induction hob, microwave oven with grill, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge and freezer;  
\- a bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, desk, comfortable armchairs; - a second bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe;  
\- a room with comfortable sofa, dining table, 46 inch Smart TV; - a bathroom with bidet, toilet, sink, shower with 50 cm shower head;  
\- private balcony overlooking the canal, a lovely bridge and a splendid small square.  
All rooms have windows and are very bright.  
The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, independent entrance.  
Our guests can enjoy the entire apartment and the balcony independently.  
Once you reach the property we will be happy to suggest the most authentic places in which to spend wonderful moments in Venice, as well as the most popular itineraries and destinations together with the most authentic ones.
