The flat is perfect for two couples or a family of four. It consists of two separate but communicating \\'open plan\\' units which are joined together by the common entrance hall. Each unit consists of a sleeping area with double bed and built-in wardrobe, and a living area with kitchenette. The entire flat is characterised by warm exposed beams, the pastel colours of the marmorino marble on the walls and the fine parquet flooring. Looking out of any windows you will experience the spectacular view of the ancient palazzi overlooking the canals and the gondolas that frequently glade by. You do have to go up about 6 states to get into the place (important if have older people with you). The beds are small (queen?), but there is a pullout sleeper. We had 3 people in the unit and it was perfect! Would totally stay here again! Have the water taxi drop you off right at the apartment (not at the local taxi stop).
