If you want to spend your time in the frenetic venetian life, this is your best option. The apartment is close to Fondamenta Nove, a magic point from where you can admire Murano island and the Laguna. It preserves its classic old style architecture, with a large modern kitchen and table, an armchair to be used as a bed and one bathroom. The interesting thing is the attic where you can find a sofa bed, library and TV, to relax after a long day around the city. In the attic you will find a bright bedroom with one french bed. The apartment is perfect for 5 people; couples, family or group of friends. it is well equipped with everything you need for your stay: independent heating, air conditioning, sheets and towels, washing machine, microwave oven, WI-FI and TV. Canareggio offers multiple tourist attractions: Rialto bridge is near the apartament as well as the Jewish Ghetto, famous for its fish restaurants, too. If you love shopping you can go to Fondaco Dei Tedeschi or Strada Nova. The Fondaco is also well known for its panoramic terrace, where you can admire the Grand Canal of Venice from the top. Around Sestiere Canareggio you will find the gothic Palazzo Ca’ D’Oro and near Fondamenta Nove, the marvelous Gesuiti church. This Sestiere is full of restaurants, cafes and “cichetterie” where you can taste the typical venetian food and aperitif and enjoy the nightlife. From here you are walking distance to San Mark Square and Palazzo Ducale (20 minutes) and Scala Contarini del Bovolo (15 minutes). If you want to reach other parts of the city you can take the vaporetto (a public boat transportation) from Fondamenta Nove stop or Rialto bridge stop. We will be glad to assist you.
