It is in a fantastic location 200 meters from the Piazza San Marco and very convenient to reach. LOVE is a modern and elegantly furnished apartment on two floors. On the first floor you will find: an elegant, carefully furnished living room with kitchen area, dining area and relaxation area with a sofa bed, a large bathroom with shower. On the second floor: a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower. In this apartment heating, air conditioning, free wifi, Led TV. The apartment is located in the same building and on the same floor that the CHEER SAINT MARK'S BASILICA apartment. These 2 apartments can accommodate up to 11 people. IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT Upon arrival you will be asked for the identification documents of all guests in order to register your data as required by law. CITY TAX The tourist tax must be paid at the beginning of the stay in cash. LATE CHECK-IN In case of late check-in after 20.00 a late check-in fee applies: EUR 20 for check-in after 20.00 EUR 40 for check-in after 22.00 EUR 50 for check-in after midnight. The location is very convenient due to its proximity to the main attractions of the city, easily reachable on foot. The unmissable places to visit are Piazza San Marco with its majestic Basilica and the bell tower that offers a breathtaking view; the Rialto Bridge with the magnificent view of the Grand Canal, its shops for every taste. This experience allows you to immerse yourself in an atmosphere of ancient Venice. Another attraction not to be missed is taking walks along the Venetian streets outside the tourist routes, discovering the hidden wonders in the eyes of strangers: the churches with masterpieces of world-famous painters, the smaller islands, canals, small squares , the typical shops. Venice offers guests special events throughout the year: Christmas, New Year, Carnival in February, the festival of the popular Redeemer in July, the Biennale exhibition every summer, the Venice Film Festival in September. From Venice Marco Polo Airport you can take Alilaguna Blu waterbus and get off at S. Zaccaria, then there is a small stretch to walk. Clear directions would have been helpful. Difficulty in getting to apartment ruined our evening plans for Venice. We were wet and cold, and everyone was sick the next day.
