Enjoy being close to our area's pristine beaches, exquisite dining, and shopping at historic Venice downtown. The house is located just 8 minutes away from Manasota beach and a short bicycle ride to the scenic Venetian Waterway Trail. Experience the year-round fishing at the Venice pier while watching Florida's most beautiful sunsets.

    South Venice is a suburban neighborhood located in Venice, Florida. It has its own boat ramp, a private beach, and a beach ferry that takes people across Intracoastal Waterway to a quiet private beach. This neighborhood is one of the few communities that still has an “Old Florida” charm. This charm can be also seen in the Venice Historic Downtown where the architecture speaks for itself and the little shops and restaurants are unique and inviting. Also, in the heart of downtown, you will find a splash pad that could be enjoyed with the whole family on a hot summer day.
