Charming large palazzo in center Venice

The apartment is ideally located close the the Rialto bridge. This very central location is close to many vaporretto (water bus) stops and you can walk almost to anywhere.

The surface is quite big (3200 ft² / 300m²) all on the same floor.
The apartment is composed of:
 - A hall
 - A living room
 - A dinning room
 - Four bathrooms
 - Five bedroom.
- The XVIII century room, double bed, view over the canal, private bathroom.
- The Empire room, double bed, view over the canal, private bathroom
 - The Chinese room, double bed, view over the court, very calm, private bathroom
 - The blue room (much smaller room), two single bed, shared bathroom with the Turkish room
 - The Turkish room (tiny room), one single bed, shared bathroom with the Blue room
 - A fully equipped kitchen
 - A laundry

The XVIIIème and Empire bathroom are new from Feb. 2014
The water heating system of all bathrooms are new from summer 2018

By the way, do not search for a TV, we don't have one, and we don't want to! But I have put in place a wireless network for myself, and you can use it as much as you want.

Important to know, our upper neighbors do not like the noise. In particular at evening time. I rely on you to remain quiet and conscious of our upper neighbors.

Please be aware that the rooms are usually ready by 5PM (we need time to clean), but you can arrive earlier, rest in the living room, and leave your luggage home.
