Apartment located in the Historic Centre of Venice with magnificent view of the Scuola Grande di San Marco and the Basilica of San Giovanni e Paolo. The apartment consists of a dining room with a living area, an independent kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Upon request two additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 4 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).

Lovely place. Took a bit to figure out the washer. Cafe downstairs is very noisy in the morning so something to think about if you are a light sleeper and not an early riser. We really did love the area, the apartment and we enjoyed our stay overall.

Great location and it was above a bakery so every morning our bedroom smelled of fresh baked goods. Comfy and spacious living room and bedroom and host provided extra pillows and sheets, more than other apartments we've rented in the past. It's a 1 bedroom and our son slept on one of the couches which he said was very comfy.Downsides: the shower has intermittent hot water so it cycled between hot and lukewarm. We couldn't figure out how to turn the stove on (starter may be faulty) so we just bought a lighter and the stove worked great with a manual lighter.

Right ON the square and a 10 second walk across the piazza to a smaller canal doc so you can take a private water taxi directly to and from the airport from this amazing location and apartment. 30 minutes door to door! 8 minute walk to st marks and 8 minute walk to Rialto bridge and market area. Very quiet at night too. Off the tourist trail! Mostly locals going about their day. Great coffee, sandwiches and baked goods directly below the Apartment. Open at 7am coffee lovers! LOVED IT! Host representative, Luca, was absolutely fantastic!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Venice! The location was perfect—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood on a lovely square, yet only about a 10-minute walk to most major sights. One of the highlights was being able to catch a gondola ride right outside the apartment instead of waiting in long lines in crowded areas.The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed. The only minor inconvenience was the shower temperature being a bit tricky to keep steady, but it didn’t detract from our overall experience.Our host was absolutely lovely to work with—she gave excellent directions that made finding the apartment easy, kindly let us drop our luggage off before check-in (a huge bonus in Venice with all the bridges!), and even helped us arrange transport to the train station on our departure morning.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Venice.

This is an amazing location and you can not go wrong there. The apartment is in good condition but there was a serious lack in towels and bedding. The bedding that was left for us to use on the pull out couch was not clean and there were no pillow cases. All in all a great place but the attention to detail is lacking.

100% Perfect!

Location, Location, Location! Felt like we lived there. Cooked Bolognese from scratch in the kitchen, even the fresh tagliatelle pasta. Wonderful bedroom, two large sleeper pullout couches, open the windows to bring the lively town square into the rooms. Simply the perfect Venetian stay.

The location is incredible, we loved sitting out by the open window overlooking the piazza and enjoying beverages and views (note, this is not a balcony), either by morning, when the accordion playing gentleman was out, or in the evening, watching the crowds. The kitchen is definitely wanting: not a single unscratched Teflon frying pan, only 3 forks and no microwave. The floor slopes in the middle of the apartment, which is kinda cool - you're in Venice, after all... until you stub & cut your toe on the giant chipping crack! Although it says to not make noise after 10 pm, our first evening there was a neighbouring dog who was crying very loudly and non-stop from about 7pm until midnight. There were fresh, pressed sheets for the pullout sofa but no pillows or blankets. After looking around the closets, we found some rather used pillows and a stained, yellowed duvet.

Lovely apartment let in Cannaregio

Stayed here for a long weekend with my sister, so glad we found this apartment for our stay. The location made it easy to walk around all of Venice and get back as needed, and the interior of the apartment was lovely and inviting.

Great view, nice area, clean and bright

This wonderful apartment had a great view and was right on one of my favorite squares in Venice. If you like morning church bells, children playing the square, and a lively cafe below that shuts down and is very very quiet at night, then this is the place for you. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, check in was easy, wifi worked well.

Perfect location and apartment!

The view from the rooms was beautiful, the apartment was large and comfortable and had an interesting Mid-century decor. While there was not a true balcony, you could open the double windows in the kitchen and sit at the cafe table. Very nice apartment!

My wife and I stayed here for two nights and only wish we could have stayed longer. The apartment was spacious and beautiful and located in one of the most gorgeous squares we've seen in Venice (and we saw a LOT). Plenty of food and shopping options nearby, and the area was not overly congested with tourists as it was more northern, but still plenty close and walkable to various sights. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this location and general area to anyone visiting Venice, especially for the first time. Staying in the busier areas is not recommended. This location was perfect and gorgeous. I would suggest bringing your own soap though since all we were given were 4 small bottles of shampoo/body wash. We also found that there were no paper towels or napkins provided which we found quite surprising and not very convenient. Other than that, everything else exceeded our expectations.
