"Excellent customer service from Amber at front desk. She called Clayton from maintenance when the washer wasn’t working. Clayton was able to fix it right away. "

"The cleaning service was non existent. I stood at the hotel for 5 nights and my room was cleaned once. I had to call for service and all that was done was the bed and the trash. We were not given towels (I had to call for them), the toilet paper was not replenished (there were four of us in the room), and the complimentary coffee was not replenished."

Cleaning staff did a rather poor job. Stayed in downtown Pittsburgh many times, at half a dozen different locations, and this one was one of the more underwhelming ones. "
