Excellent grounds, common areas, parking and breakfast. Unlimited coffee and tea in the hallways was a bonus. The room was very good as well. I find queen size beds quite narrow in Denmark compared to Canada, especially for tall people like my husband and I.

Great location near the train and ferry terminals. Good breakfast. No issues.

The king bed was very comfortable. The linen for sheets and towels was excellent. We were grateful that our room was air conditioned, we started off in a room that was humid and too warm, we were grateful tthey moved us. The shower needed a non slip bath mat, and it wasn't available. For some reason they don't provide Face cloths, just lovely hand towels. The food at the restaurants was excellent, in flavour, design, seasonings, presentation and attentive service .

Staff are fabulous and friendly, clean rooms and great linens/towels. Great location that is near the buses and trains, as well as all the downtown & seawall fun. Only small comment - the iron in the room was very old, no steam/water function, basically useless. Could be a nice upgrade touch for next time.

All was excellent including the outstanding ocean views. I did find it odd that I requested a superior twin room with a bathtub and instead received a wheelchair accessible room with remote control beds. Perhaps something was lost in translation? No matter, the hotel and rooms are fantastic and close proximity to the ferry from Denmark. Outstanding experience. What an amazing breakfast - clean, quiet and breathtaking views from this property. Wow Sweden, wow!

Great location. Fantastic food market 2 blocks away. Staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms larger than expected. Would stay again.

Les préposés à la réception étaient extraordinaires! Merci!!!

Had an excellent stay at the Park Lane. Thank you to the lovely staff. The rooms were beautiful!

Excellent location and service staff. The property was in amazing condition. Room was spacious, modern, and spotless. I would highly recommend and return to this hotel in the future.

Classy little hotel

Excellent service, clean rooms, and value is excellent. We’ve been coming here since 2018.

Amazing stay at a resort hotel. We paid for a room with ocean view and regretted nothing. Private balcony with the sound of ocean waves rolling in fit so well with the relaxing time spent walking the beach and hanging out in the many heating pools and other spa treatments. The food from the lobby restaurant hit the spot and the lobby bar was fun and hopping well into the evening.

This hotel is in the perfect location. Restaurants are just steps away.
