« Hallo ! Es ging alles reibungslos mit dem buchen dem einschecken usw. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Es war sauber ,ordentlich auch die Einrichtung hat uns gut gefallen. Obwohl das Hotel dicht an der Straße liegt, war es ruhig. Was mich ein bisschen gestört hat,war das Geräusch vom Kühlschrank, ich habe ihn dann übernacht ausgeschaltet. Ich kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles . 👍☺️ Gruß E.M. »

"Accueil agréable en général mais j’ai été déçu par le fait que j’ai eu la mauvaise chambre. J’avais réservé un studio familial mais j’ai eu une chambre pour 3 personnes avec un sofa cassé j’ai dû dormir avec mes enfants sur le même lit mais j’ai réussi à avoir la bonne chambre la nuit suivante après réclamation. "Notre chambre était toute rénovée et agréable. Petit bemol sur le vis-à-vis avec l'immeuble d'en face (on a tiré le rideau pour se changer le matin, un voilage tamisant serait un plus). L'internet ne fonctionnait pas (mars 2025) et nous n'avons pas été prévenu à l'arrivée. Un peu plus de communication serait bienvenue."
