"We stayed here in early April - 6 adults, the Villa is amazing as are the views and Michelle the owner cannot do enough for you, he even has some home made wine in the cellar for 5 euros which would give most £30 bottles a run for its money. The location is slightly rural, and you will require a car to explore, however most major places around the lake are no more than 1 hours drive, with most being much closer, great for scenic walks. I cannot recommend this place enough, we will return some...

"My wife, 3 year old son and I all really enjoyed our stay in Nesso. It was a peaceful town to stay in with a short walk to the market and waterfall and there was a private place to park. It is also located right next to the bus stop if wanting to go to Como or Bellagio by bus instead of driving. Nesso was a great place to stay since easy to get to Como and Bellagio and then ferries from there with or without a car. The host was very responsive to inquiries and accommodating. "Upon arrival, we were greeted to dirty dishes, smelly refrigerator, someone’s laundry in the washer/dryer as well as a lack of cleaning of the property and a number of broken items. Contacted the management company who asked for us to send pictures which we did and they subsequently sent cleaners over who did the bare minimum as they only vacuumed the main floor, not the other floors. "The property was lovely and so nice to stay so close to the lake but also be a 2 minute walk removed from the lake walk. The hotel staff were very helpful and let us check out the evening before so we did not need to rush the morning of our departure to return the keys. "
