Appartement effectivement calme et bien situé. Bonne literire et bien équipé... Petite terrasse bienvenue côté cuisine, mais pas entretenue, ni les plantes qui y survivent (on les a un peu aidées).

Appartement spacieux, calme, propre, bien équipé et meublé.Parking extérieur privatif.Petits balcons côtés rue et parking.Lave-vaisselle. Grand réfrigérateur. TV grand écran.Il est à 11 minutes du lycée Lesage et à 10 minutes du centre ville (à pied).
