Welcome to your perfect retreat! This cozy one-bedroom semi-basement suite includes a queen bed, sofa bed, and private bathroom. Located in a quiet neighborhood near the Highway 1 interchange and just steps from the 156 bus stop, it’s perfect for short or long stays.   
  
Enjoy in-suite laundry, coffee maker, and more. Free street parking is available. Ideal for business or leisure.

\* Comfortable and clean kitchenet perfect for meal preparations is equipped with an induction burner, refrigerator, electric kettle for hot water, toaster, microwave for heating food. It includes cooking basics for your comfort and complete dining wares for daily use. This suite includes a dishwasher.

\* Private laundry area for your convenience.
