The staff was amazing. We came from an Alaskan cruise and my fiancé was very sick. They got us into a room very quickly so she could get into bed. We needed to heat up some soup, and a microwave was delivered to our room. Unbelievable customer service. If there’s a return visit to Vancouver, the Paradox Hotel is the place we’ll be.

The property is clean and luxury. We enjoyed our stay. The pool, bar and nightclub is top notch. I travelled with girlfriends, this was the best we stayed. Aira, Ronnie, Jam and Shaksam were such a friendly helpful staff. Highly recommended. We will be back.

The staff at Paradox hotel were superb! They were kind and helpful, making sure I fully understood all the perks the hotel and my Expedia VIP status offered! The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and quiet. I’ll stay at the Paradox every time I am in downtown Vancouver, and will recommend to everyone I know!

Excellent Hotel with great access to restaurants and high class shopping. Room was high tech and extremely comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to add some anti slipping stickers in the shower. Wonderful stay.

What a unique hotel experience. We were able to go to the pool and spend time with our kids during the day and evening and then the pool area became a dance floor to an amazing nightclub experience. Hands down such a great experience especially for our new legally adult child that we were able to go out with in the night into to the early morning hours! Oh and the cart lady that came by to our room in case we needed anything was just simply amazing!! We didn’t need anything but we got candy and it was just so cool!

The only issue we really had was there was no dining options accept for room service. The hotel was beautiful, staff very helpful and very convenient to the city centre. Only issue we had was that the drapes, when fully closed in the room, was not able to be opened again, as the computers needed to be reset. This happened twice on our four night stay...but a quick call to reception had someone come up and reset the computer and the drapes opened again. We were in room 1808.

This property is over the top in everything. Nothing else even compares. If I had to come up with anything to improve, it would be expand on the in-room dining selection for dinner. We will always return.

This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Vancouver. Fabulous staff! We felt very well taken care of during our stay here. I will definitely plan to stay here again on future visits to Vancouver, and will recommend to folks traveling there as well.

The hotel was beautiful, very clean and everyone that worked there was friendly and extremely helpful. This is a great walkable location to most everything you would want to see and great dining options within 2 blocks. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in downtown Vancouver. Close to Canada Place and Robson, very convenient place. The room was very comfortable to live in. Large windows offer beautiful view of the city. The only downside is parking. If no plan to drive around this is the perfect place to stay.
