My rental unit in the heart of Edgemont Village is a fantastic place to stay. Here are some key features and highlights:
Private and Self-Sustained: The rental unit is a separate, private space located on the bottom floor of a house. This ensures privacy and independence during your stay. The upstairs house is not part of the rental, offering exclusive access to the basement suite.
Brand-New and Well-Equipped: The unit is brand-new, providing a fresh and modern living environment. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances including a full-size fridge, range, oven, microwave, and toaster. The convenience of a full-size washer and dryer is also available in the unit.
Media Room and Wet Bar: A standout feature of the rental unit is the media room, complete with a projector and a 120" screen. This creates a cinematic experience for watching movies or shows. The full-service wet bar, along with the Sub Zero wine fridge, offers a perfect space to relax and unwind.

What a spectacular place! We loved viewing movies in the home theater and high tech touches throughout the apartment!The neighborhood is lovely - we enjoyed walking to Munro Frazer Park and along Edgemont Boulevard to cafes and shops.We explored the Vancouver area one day: swimming at Kitsiliano Pool and Third Beach, Stanley Park, Seawall walk, Granville Island and False Creek ferry.Another day, we drove the spectacular Sea To Sky Highway, stopping at Shannon Falls, Squamish, Brandywine Falls.

This large, well-appointed home was the ideal home base for our short but busy visit. We were in town organizing a 50th wedding anniversary celebration, and the first three days were a whirlwind of activity. Max was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay—even coming to our rescue when we accidentally locked ourselves out. Having parking right by the front door was a real luxury. The location offers easy access to the entire North Shore and is just minutes from downtown Vancouver. It was also only five minutes from the happy couple and just ten minutes from the venue - perfect for our needs. During our downtime, we took full advantage of the local bakeries (don’t miss BjornBar Bakery!), restaurants, and family-run businesses in the lovely village of Edgemont.

We had a wonderful stay in Edgemont, just a short drive to the Capilano Suspension Bridge. This place was very spacious and served us well as a homebase while we were exploring Vancouver. Max was very quick to respond when we had an issue with the front door lock and was a gracious host. Thank you!

Perfect North Vancouver stay
The location was perfect and the house is exactly as described. The host was very responsive when we had questions, and even chatted with us a few times when we caught each other outside. It is walkable to a few restaurants and amenities. The media room was so fun, we would get together as a family each night and watch a movie. Look forward to staying here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! Max was a great host and the place was very clean with a lot of nice amenities. We loved how close we were to Capilano and Grouse Mt, and we would walk into the village every morning for coffee and pastries. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Family wedding in Vancouver
Just returned from a family holiday in Vancouver. We made a good decision to stay at Max’s place, it was perfect for us, very well appointed, great quality appliances and bedding, great location, walking distance to shops, near to Capilano suspension bridge and Grouse mountain.
As it a basement conversion (and a lovely one at that) there is limited natural light so we did need the lights on all the time but this is a very minor point.
Max was very quick to help with any queries we raised.
Would not hesitate to recommend this property. Lovely stay.

Suited All Of Our Needs!
Party of 6 visiting Vancouver prior to our cruse to Alaska. This place was exceptional and just as described! Everyone within our group was pleased with all of the accommodations and amenities included within the home. The host and property manager were always prompt to respond to any of our questions. The surrounding community and shops were lovely and within walking distance of the home. EVERYTHING about this home suited our travel needs and allowed us to be close to tourist attractions as well as the cruise terminal, Canada Place. 100% will book again if we're ever back in Vancouver!

Property was as described and located perfectly in North Vancouver. It was close to amenities. Very nice and safe for an infant. 4 adults and an infant and there was plenty of space.
