I would stay here again. The location was great and easy to walk to many places of interest. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great in the restaurant. My only complaint is that the room was somewhat small, but very comfortable.

Great stay for a quick vacay in Vancouver. From check in to check out, the staff was nothing but helpful and polite. We had a very clean and spacious room that would have been serviced everyday, although we didn't want that. The amenities were great. We enjoyed the fitness center and pool almost everyday, although it rained all the time (but it's fine if you're sitting in the hot tub). Great location as well, we didn't have a car so it was easy walking everywhere we wanted to go (bars, parks, restaurants, etc). Would definitely stay again on our next trip back.

We could not get our safe to work in our room. In addition, the phone in our room went off like an alarm in the middle of night, 2 out of the three nights we were there, which was frustrating. The bed board was worn and the fabric looked damaged. On the positive side, the staff were helpful with dining recommendations and directions.

Nice facilities, nice staff. Clean rooms, good view. Unfortunately we were there the same weekend as a marathon so transportation was impaired, but it wasn’t too bad walking.

The hotel hosted the marathon without my knowledge at booking. We were awoke at 6/7am to loud drumming a megaphone and it persisted all day. The blocks around the hotel were total chaos, couldn’t get an Uber or taxi because the streets were blocked off. Not a good stay, wouldn’t recommend. Front desk staff at check in was super rude.

Such inconveniences as road closures, noise, and large gatherings of attendees are outside of the hotel's control. The event is largely publicized, and it is the responsibility of anyone travelling to a particular city to be aware of any large-scale events which may affect their visit (for example, travelling to New Orleans during Mardi Gras, or to Calgary during the Stampede). Critical of the bathroom cleanliness and attention to details. The shower tile grout was grimy in the obvious areas of use, dirty buildup around the door handle area and the bidet, well… just creeped me out with hair on the button panel. Also curious why the top sheet of the bed was on top of the comforter and not over the fitted sheet?

Lovely room, super friendly and helpful staff. Kids loved the pool. Great location, easy walk to find food and to get to the Cruise Terminal the next morning. Breakfast was absolutely divine

Worst experience ever! Most unaccommodating staff ever! Lost my i phone 15 pro on the property! They did not help at all!! But gave attitude and said “we have many other things to do at night and we are getting annoyed by all this” I know that one of the staff members who was a bell person had something to do with all this! And she wasn’t even successful in hiding the fact that is being sketchy!! They knew that we had a flight to catch in 4 hrs and they took an advantage of vulnerable and didn’t show us the cameras or let us go through the trash!! Wont recommend staying at this place ever!! Dont get scammed by the good location and building. Their staff is 0/10

Very nice property on the West End and conveniently located near Coal Harbour (5 min walk), and Stanley Park (20 min. walk). Our room was made available to us much earlier than the stated check-in time and the staff was gracious and welcoming. We will plan to stay at Coast Coal Harbour Vancouver Hotel in the future.

Excellent location. Close to Canada place. Nice rooms Good gym. Small outside pool. Decor is a good standard.

Property was in very convenient and safe downtown location. Easy checkin. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom had tub and wonderful shower head! Toilet had bidet which was a wonderful extra. Bathroom toiletries and towels were of good quality. The room was rather large with sparse furnishings. An extra chair and table would have filled out space nicely. But all the other comforts made up for apparent the lack of furniture.
