If you looking for a nice suite king bed with balcony ( jade king suite.) don’t book. It’s not true. The room is big & clean but it doesn’t have balcony also there is no view. Don’t spend your money at this place. The swimming pool is not locate in the hotel. They have contracts with others, which is you have to walk away from your hotel to get to the swimming pool. If you have kids under 15 of ages and likes to swim don’t book this hotel. The pool has age limit from 15 year old and up.

My recent stay at Azur Legacy Hotel was absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's charm and hospitality. First and foremost, the location of the hotel is excellent. Situated in a bustling area, it offers easy access to local attractions and transportation options, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers.The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the hotel's restaurant. The dining experience was simply amazing, with delicious cuisine and impeccable service. I found myself returning to the restaurant multiple times during my stay to indulge in their mouthwatering dishes. Moreover, I must commend the hotel staff for their exceptional service. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, I cannot recommend Azur Legacy Hotel highly enough. It exceeded all my expectations and made my trip truly memorable.

The hotel was well designed, modern, spacious and clean with great comfortable beds and bedding. The towels were poor (hard and think). The gym was terrible. YMCA with pics not accurate at all - old and dingy. There should not be advertisement for the gym as it’s not even in the hotel and definitely not at par with the rest of the caliber of the hotel.

Definitely a luxury room, which I do like and enjoyed. Now for all my frustration… I asked for early check in when I arrived around 8am and was sold that I’d get a call around 11-noon, I received zero updates and kept being reassured to just wait a bit longer… so I had to just keep on checking in all day while also trying to work, ended up getting my room just before regular time ~3pm. I asked for a place to work and I was directed to head to the underground parking area? Not sure how this makes any sense and felt like they thought it was a joke. The reception lady just totally also ignored how I presented my name which isn’t even hard for anybody I’ve ever met and kept trying to refer to me personally but it came off very disrespectful. I’d advise to always try to accommodate but be honest, a no is always fine but don’t play around with people’s time and requests like that.

We would like to sincerely apologize for that. Please know that that was never our intention and we vow to do better in the future. We do not have a 'Business Centre" within the Hotel and the Guest Services Agent that offered you the area on the P1 Lobby level did so, as this is a quiet and discreet area to work from and never did we 'think it was a joke.' We take all of our Guest requests very seriously and always do our best to accommodate the request. Check-in is guaranteed for 3pm, so in order to ensure an early arrival time of 8am, the room would have to be reserved for the night prior. We did try to contact you to inform you that your room was ready, yet we were unsuccessful and we do apologies for that also.

This hotel has the best service, great design and modern. For sure giving the Fairmont a run for its money. I'd say our experience was better than at the Fairmont.

First and foremost, I would definitely return and intend to do so. The staff were wonderful and accommodating. The room was perfectly clean and decently luxurious as you would expect from the price point but. There were some issues but the vast majority of them came from inaccuracies in the Expedia listing and the hotel itself is not responsible for that. The only issues I had was I left a request for housekeeping and pressed the request housekeeping button but no one never showed up so I was stuck with 3-day-old room service plates in my room. I wouldn't have brought it up except for my room was right next to the staff rooms and many people would have seen the indication that I requested housekeeping to show up. Additionally the rooms are very quiet But in no way soundproof, My mornings and afternoon subject to construction noise outside the building and the sound of employees talking from the staff room. However, I didn't hear a single other guest. I will end on the truly negative aspect of this hotel. The food is below average, and is priced as fine dining do not order room service there is a panopy of excellent restaurants in the neighborhood. Overall I highly recommend it as long as you aren't intending to order room service. P.S The staff deserves an additional mention as I found this to be the perfect balance between attentive care but not being overly fawning or obsequious. Whoever manages the staff is doing an amazing job with the culture.

Stayed one night before our Alaska cruise, walking distance to cruise terminal. Property is very new, room design is nice and modern. Quiet and convenient, Tim Hortons right besides the building. Customer services people are friendly. We arrived one and half hours before regular check-in time. Front desk arranged room for us immediately. It was a wonderful experience to stay in this hotel. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I wonder what are the KPIs to be a five star hotel! Except for the location and the easy access you will get nothing but a small room and nothing else.Hotel even charged me for ice and tooth brush! Parking is a real problem as you can’t park in-front of hotel and nobody or no sign is available to help you to be able to check in! At the beginning they send us to a room, when we unlock the door we understood 2 people were sleeping in the room and reception gave us a wrong room i guess!!! Weird!! And when we came back to lobby reception also got surprised! And they changed our room. Fortunately this time the room was available 😁

wonderful stay! highly recommend. The staff was incredibly friendly and ALWAYS ready to help in any way they could. The restraunt smelt delicious but we did not dine there this trip. The drinks at the bar were good however, the complementary drink with the VIP benefit was not that great...I would skip that one.

Room was beautifully furnished and hotel seems very new, the breakfast was delicious! As gorgeous as the bathroom was there was no where to hang a wet towel and only 1 bar of soap for 2 separate sinks. The lighting was also very annoying - a room service sign that is so bright when you’re sleeping and unless you turn off the lights altogether there is no way to light your way to the bathroom. Overall I would recommend and stay again.
