Hôtels capsules à Vancouver

« We’ve had better stays here, main issue was miscommunications between staff not being on the same page. The restaurant which is not run by the hotel technically is a mess with charges trying to upsell you and we were brought the wrong food, again lack of communication between staff. So if you eat here make sure you watch for that and double check your check. If they ask you if you’d like bread or any side extra’s just know nothing is complimentary. »

« My room was clean and quiet. The complementary breakfast was quite good and varied in choices. The air conditioning had a bad smell to it. It is an older hotel and they have not kept up with cosmetic repairs. On the weekend, I was afraid I would not get a parking spot. The lot was almost completely full. I got the last spot. »

« Excellent séjour. Petit déjeuner très copieux. Très bon accueil et rapide. Grande chambre et spacieuse. »

« The staff were so dedicated, welcoming, supportive and respectful. I traveled 4 hours for my doctor’s appointment and I wasn’t feeling good. The staff answered my questions, I felt understood and comfortable. The environment was perfect, it made me feel less stressed out about being away from home. »

« Bel hôtel, propre, personnel courtois, poli. Très grande suite, lit confortable. »
