« It wasn’t disappointing, just kind of “meh” — nothing special, but for the price I didn’t expect much more. Beds weren’t very comfortable and there weren’t enough outlets to charge phones or laptops. We arrived at 5:40, but apparently if you get there after 5:30 you have to let them know ahead of time. I wish that information had been better communicated, as we ended up waiting a while for an employee to help us. »

« Pros: The property was clean and well maintained. The room was clean and fresh and was quiet at night. The staff were great: helpful and friendly. There was a hot tub, a pool and a gym. I didn't use them but they looked good. The fridge, microwave & coffee maker in the room were clean and worked. Cons: The coffee in the room was tasteless, it was like drinking warm water, and the coffee at breakfast was almost as tasteless, it had a little flavor but not much. « Business stay here on the last day. Easy access to the airport via surface routes rather than the freeway hassle. Hotel is pleasant and staff is nice. There is self-parking and ballet-parking, both for a fee. »

« Overall a terrible experience! My room smelled really bad. A strong oder of chlorox bleach mixed with a fowl oder. When I went to check out, The man at the front desk was helping a customer getting her a lid for her coffee. She said to him that her room had no black coffee, just an empty bag with no coffee. He did absolutely nothing, said nothing to her. I also had to wait outside awhile he locked the office to check my room so I could get my deposit back. I do not recommend this place to...
