« Great place in a wonderful location. Short walk to a gorgeous beach. Bedrooms and baths worked out great for our party of seven. Very tight squeeze to try to use the kitchen table, but two umbrella covered tables for four in the backyard provided comfortable seating when the weather was nice. »

« We had an amazing stay at the Blue Cottage for the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was perfectly cozy in a stunning location especially with the snow that we got. Brenda was extremely responsive and accommodating, even offering us to stay an additional night after getting hit with a foot of snow the night before we were schedule to depart. »

« Overall, nice rental. A stones throw from the beach which is even better. Downside was it’s outdated as heck with brochures, tv’s, and aesthetic. Gets the job done if you won’t be inside much. »

« Love the location. Our lake view was blocked with a fencing structure that they put up to control the sand in the winter. Landscaping needed major trim work. Could not even walk around on the back patio due to large ornamental grasses in the way. Lots of character, but will not stay there again due to condition of plumbing and overall condition of the home. »

« This is great for a playful day at the lake. Fun activities for lake fun, camp fire, hiking!!
There is no mirror. So if you are using to prep for a wedding. This is not the place.
Also, we had two couples. There was only one double bed and three twins. I should have paid better attention to the details.
It’s quirky but quaint. »

« We have been staying in these cottages for about 35 years. We love it here…access to the beach, walk to the bakery or restaurants downtown.Easy checkin process. Easy and quick communication with the owners. This is a great place to stay! »
