Very quiet, amazing property. Our room had two bedrooms, three toilets, full kitchen with dishwasher and coffee maker. Dining room. With terrace seating for eight. All built on the site of a 12th century monistary. Restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast. Views from every window. Would make for amazing family holiday. You need a vehicle!

Abbiamo fatto un weekend in questa struttura prima di ferragosto, siamo stati subito accolti da due persone simpaticissime alla reception che ci hanno spiegato un po' il resort e guidato alla nostra stanza. la stanza non era molto pulita, c'erano alcuni capelli in giro specialmente nel bagno affianco al box doccia o nei tappeti scendiletto. Siamo andati due volte in piscina e servirebbe qualcuno che sorvegli in quanto i bambini facevano ciò che volevano, facendo tuffi e bagnando chi magari è andato solo a prendersi un po' di sole. Entrambi i giorni le piscine erano sporche sotto. Noi non abbiamo usufruito del ristorante ma abbiamo cucinato da soli nel cucinino provvisto di tutto il materiale come pentolame o moka, non ci sono le spezie e per la moka si deve comprare le cialde in reception. Nel complesso è un bel resort con viste stupende

Large appartments in a very, very beautiful surrounding. A unique experience to stay in an old castello. Near the apartments are outdoor seats, to sit and read a book, or to have a meal. There is a restaurant in the village (2 minute walk). Also the swimming pool, although being a bit small, has a very beautiful view and enough sunbeds. There are some downsides. The apartments have no isolation. Each sound of people walking by or in the apartment above you, is heard. When people arrive late, or stay up late, or wake up early, or go to the bathroom in the night, you are awakened. Also, the apartments don't have an airco. When we staid the temperature was over 35 degrees Celsius, which is much too hot for not having an airco.

Afslappet og roligt ophold i smukke omgivelser

Dette er en sand perle. Der er lavet et første klasses renoveringsarbejde. Fascinerende at man kan tage en gammel forfalden middelalderby og forvandle den til et utroligt smukt sted med alt hvad man skal bruge til en familieferie med små børn. Wi-Fi i alle lejligheder samt ude områder, stort køkken med det der skal til for at lave mad samt en dejlig restaurant samt et pizzeria. Godt pool område med pool bar samt en børne pool og en voksen. Mange Tv-kanaler så ungerne var underholdt imens de vokser kunne nyde udsigt over dalen. Kan varmt anbefale stedet både for par og som en familie. Man skal dog være godt gående da det ligger på en bjergskråning.

We stayed at this wonderful place after spending a couple of busy days in Venice. It was a piece of heaven on earth. We wished we booked more days. Totally recommended!!! The apartment was very spacious, beds very comfortable. Everything was new!!! The staff was very kind

Thank you for a lovely holiday!

We had a lovely family holiday here in July / August 2015. The resort has been renovated to the highest standard and is a really lovely place for a holiday as a result. The apartments are well furnished and very comfortable; the pool is great and doubtless the kids pool will be a welcome addition when it opens. The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating of our various requests. Finally, lovely food in the restaurant.

Ottimo ... ci ritornerò!

Esperienza molto positiva. La struttura si trova in un posto incantato ed immerso nel verde... Il silenzio che regna la sera è qualcosa di fantastico e la vista della vallata dal castello è da lasciare a bocca aperta. Parco giochi per bimbi, piscina ed un ottimo ristorante. Tutto lo staff è stato sempre molto gentile, cordiale e disponibile ad accogliere ogni nostra richiesta facendoci sentire come a casa. Posizione super strategica : in 20 minuti si visita Spello, in 45 Assisi e cmq le maggiori attrazioni non distano più di 1 ora di macchina.

Incantevole e raffinato resort immerso nella pace

Ho soggiornato una sola notte ma ci vorrebbe almeno una settimana per poter apprezzare al meglio le doti di questa struttura. La posizione incantevole e i lavori eseguiti regalano un senso di protezione, di conforto e di pace interiore molto elevato. Il resort regala un'ottima vista panoramica tutto attorno. La cucina ha proposto piatti che hanno pienamente soddisfatto il mio palato e quello dei miei commensali, bambina di 8 anni inclusa. Il prezzo è nella media, meno di 25 euro a testa vino della casa incluso. Non vi è nulla fuori posto e tutto l'arredamento è perfettamente integrato e molto curato, è un ambiente che richiede educazione e rispetto... cose rare purtroppo di questi tempi!

Ottima esperienza

I appartamento era ampio circa 150 mq appena ristrutturato. La sala Aveva un TV LCD da 40" e due divani un tavolino con sopra un vaso di fiori. Il bagno aveva una doccia con la possibilita di fare la doccia e c'erano gli accappatoi oltre agli asciugamani le camere da letto erano 2 matrimoniali . La colazione e' a buffet ma con prodotti locali e le torte erano " fatte a mano". Quindi ottima esperienza.
