"We had such an amazing experience at The BRIX, especially because we stayed there on the night of our wedding. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. They surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade and even sent up a congratulatory cake, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Everything felt fresh and welcoming, which was exactly what we needed after a long day. The staff throughout our stay were incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely delightful to interact with. You can really tell they care about their guests’ experience. Breakfast the next morning was also excellent — a great variety and everything tasted delicious. Overall, it was a perfect stay and made our wedding night even more special. We would absolutely recommend The BRIX and can’t wait to return!"

"The apartment was clean and comfortable. The 2nd bedroom beds were not as comfortable though because the mattress was kind of hard. The shower from the master bedroom was faulty because the water wouldn't go all the way up to the actual showerhead and it was uncomfortable to shower from that bathroom. "

"The room was clean and comfortable so we're the common lounge areas. The staff were friendly and tried to meet the needs of all guests. The pool and outdoor areas were very inviting and added positively to the vacationing experience. Breakfast was amazing and so we're the meals in the restaurant."

"The atmosphere is nice but the property needs some upgrades. The room did not have blankets neither a hair dryer. There was no kettle, we requested one but was told there was none available. No water, tea or coffee in the room. Most of the staff was very nice and welcoming."

"Great stay overall! The room was clean with plenty of storage, and the gated property made me feel very safe. Common areas were also well maintained. The food was excellent with authentic local flavour—my breakfast of bake and smoked herring was a generous portion, and the rice, dhal, and stew chicken for lunch was delicious. What really made the stay outstanding was the staff—friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Special thanks to Neil, Vikash, and Sebastian for their exceptional service. Just a note: the airport shuttle and brewed coffee come at an extra cost, which wasn’t clearly stated at booking. It would be helpful if this is updated to avoid surprises. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!"
