"This is home away from home. The property was clean and modern and extremely comfortable. Everything you need is at your fingertips. Bus route is a minute away and the mall (Trincity) is 5 mins away via car. Definitely a 10/10 recommend! "

"Our theme song…When last u been to TnT and yu room not ready Oh Ohhh …. Long Time… No toilet at night (no water)…. The WiFi did come before we when to sleep that night. "1. The neighborhood felt very unsafe. In addition, there was no way to secure our car. The property was open to the street with no gate. There were no window coverings on the living room sliding glass doors. At night, anyone can see in. IMAGES COULD NOT BE LOADED 2. The house was very difficult to access. There was a treacherously steep and bumpy narrow road to get to the house. Our car was slipping as it tried to get up the hill due to loose gravel. This resulted in us hitting our rental...

"Review to help others understand the Hotel and star ratings. I read a lot of reviews and I hope I can provide a little clarity. We stayed overnight simply to catch a flight the next day. When we landed and cleared customs there was a gentleman in a white shirt as soon as you exit who asks if you want a taxi. Tell the gentleman you are staying at the “Grand Diamond Hotel” he will walk you outside and get you your complimentary taxi. It’s about a 5 minute drive to Hotel. When we arrived the manager was at the front desk waiting for us. (We arrived at 1am) and he paid the Taxi. All the staff was very friendly, the rooms are perfectly fine, spacious, good beds, fridge with bottled water and a nice shower. The manager asked when we wanted to check out as they said there was flexibility, they arranged taxi back to airport the next day complimentary. We were here for a quick stay but this is an excellent option if you are wanting to stay close to the airport. No concerns at all with safety, overall excellent experience. "
