"Check in was very difficult and stressful. They couldn’t find our reservation for about 20 minutes and kept telling us that we didn’t have a reservation. They tried turning us away multiple times. "The hotel is very clean and cozy. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is fine because there is a Metro station 5 mins walk so you can easily get to the city centre in 30 mins. "Non posso dire nulla di positivo. Nonostante avvertito telefonicamente nel primo pomeriggio e la sera la struttura che saremmo arrivati tardi a causa del ritardo subito della nave, all'arrivo all'una di notte ci siamo trovati con una camera disponibile e non due come prenotati e pagati 80€ ciascuna ..."…""Non posso dire nulla di positivo.
