"This hotel is a great place to stay if going to a game downtown. The prices are extremely reasonable compared to the outrageous prices of the hotels next to the stadiums. It was a short drive (like 10 minutes) and the hotel was better than expected. They have a wonderful restaurant inside and even offer complimentary breakfast which was delicious. Everything was clean and comfy and my kids were even able to swim as they have a huge indoor swimming pool. My kids had a blast. The front desk and housekeepers were extremely helpful and friendly and really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. 10 out of 10! I highly recommend! "

"What a fun little place to stay on our brief journey through Cleveland! It felt like we had stepped back in time to the days of NASA space travel and John Glenn's glory days, in a good way. The employees at the desk were the highlight. Great chat with the night clerk at midnight and then again in the morning at checkout with a different person who was ready with a fabulous suggestion in answer to my request for a unique coffee spot. The rooms were large, clean and simple. Nice touch with a self dispensing wine machine in the lobby. Nice view of planes landing without the noise."

"The overall look of the property was pleasant. It looked nice until you got into the elevator. Trash in the elevator. The room was barely clean. Very dusty and actual dirt on top of the ice bucket lid. The bathroom floor was sticky. The room just felt so gross. You just didn’t want to walk with bare feet anywhere in that room. It took two trips ( a long way - we were on the 4 th floor) to get a key that would open the door. They had to give us a new room. Here is the positive: The beds were clean and comfortable It was quiet. Good blackout curtains. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not."

"my original room was in very poor shape. it was handicapped accessible and seems like it hadn't been looked at in a while. the door lock appeared to work (turned green) but door wouldn't open on first 4-5 tries. eventually got it open w/ a big shove! Vertical blinds did not cover the window (weird cut out maybe where an old window AC used to be?) but the bigger issue was that the shower had no shower curtain and no shower head. A handheld showerhead makes sense for accessibility room - but it was totally missing. Just a hanging metal garden hose and not shower curtain. i called the front desk 4 times w/ no response and eventually walked down to ask for a different room. The desk attended seemed very surprised at my report of the shower issue and did find me a different room, but all this wasted almost an hour of time i had planned to be using to prep for my work presentation the next morning"
