"Amazing hotel, recent conversion and reno from a workshop. Room 513 is the large room with small terrace and loft for the bed, full kitchen, full bathroom with rain shower. Price was very good if compared to a hotel in a big city but this was much nicer and keeps the charm of assisi. You can also use a common area that has a table, but it is shared with others staying there. The checkout is actually 10am, not 2pm as listed and a person entered our rooms at 10:30 to start cleaning. The breakfast included is at a train station that you need to drive to but without parking. "The descriptin the webpage didn’t match the actual accomodation. They have a paper at the back of the room door which says that we have ti pay 10 euro if we need the sheets and towels changed but in their web description, it says that towels and sheets are changed every 2 days. They didn’t clean the room as well and it took the 4th day pit of our 5 day stay that they “clean” but the sheets weren’t changed at all.
