Very helpful and courteous staff

We love this place

Very nice and foreign hotel. So comfortable and clean

Exceptional staff, the everyday special attentions, the superb breakfast!

Lovely spot in the heart of Valencia. Great staff.

Wonderful stay that exceeded our expectations! Excellent breakfast buffet and very friendly staff. We would happily come back and highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed here two nights in September 2016. Zero problems. Underground parking is connected to hotel. One area for improvement was that we were charged for a relatively minor request (brining clean plates to the room). We found this to be below the quality of the hotel. Small gestures go a long way!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and quiet and bathroom is spacious and well equipped. Staff is quite helpful when we had questions. Thanks!

Hotel is amazing with a great pool. Close to small shopping mall, restaurants and grocery stores. Not far from Alicante and one of the nicest beach I have seen (platja del carabassi).

Staff was amazing and the property was well renovated.

This is a great hotel in a great location. Nice bar on the roof too.

Very good

The staff were extremely professional and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They were helpful with our needs. The Cava from the front desk was excellent and a nice touch. Looking forward to returning one day

My room was exceptionally clean, and even though I only stayed for one night, I truly enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was great, offering plenty of delicious options to choose from. Nice location too because it is near the Science Center.
