The room was clean and cozy with a nice view of the little park and other buildings. Super close to Paddington station which makes getting around easy. The staff was all kind and helpful and they are available 24/7.

The room was basic but functional, and well-equipped for my one-night stay. It had a comfortable bed, small kitchenette and bathroom. Check-in was a bit challenging initially as I had to try to gain access using a buzzer 3/4 times before I got a response, and the number provided to call with any issues was not recognised. Once I was in, the staff were very helpful. The apartments are in a noisy part of London and unfortunately I didn't sleep well due to noise throughout the night (but maybe that is to be expected in this part of London). That being said, it was a useful base for my stay.

"Loved our stay. Highly recommend this place. The bunk room was super fun and surprisingly comfortable for 4 adults. Staff were so welcoming and provided super helpful tips on traveling into Oxford. And the food at the restaurant was great. We would definitely stay again."
