Absolutely disgraceful. From the 11 messages demanding we send online copies of Passports. The room was terrible. The pictures are in no way a true representation. Misleading in every way. Basement view with a view to a wall. “Superior”. Staff disinterested - only came alive to rudely demand our key whenever we left. The continuous - every 3 minutes - tube until approx 2am. No your website doesn't say how bad it is. There was a very small footnote about the age of the building - which took ages to find and nothing on Expedia.
No light. A dark dismal room unfit for human habitation. Very dangerous to get down the stairs.
Should be ashamed. Uninterested staff when checking in. Why did you not let people know of the building work. I have dust allergies. Should be closed down. Avoid at all costs. At 56 years of age, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The photo was taken at 7.30 before we left. The good ? Err - location.
