The chaise longue in the bedroom is ideal for an afternoon nap, or lazily reading a book. The town is a delight with history, good shops and restaurants and markets on Monday and Friday. One of those places that makes you consider returning."

"We rented Home Farm for a work retreat and it was brilliant. We had people stay in the different accommodations and then come to the main house for sessions. We had a private chef make lunch and dinners for us, which worked really well. The whole place is clean, cosy and a really lovely space to be in! Plus there are lots of good walks around the estate! "The house is a great layout although I feel that 2 TV's would be good for the downstairs living rather than having one in the master bedroom. We had a heating issue on arrival which meant the house was really cold and due to the type of heading ie underfloor it took a good 29 hours to warm the house up. So disappointing considering I had grandma with us who is 83 years old. The host did message but there was little she could do so we did feel somewhat let down we had to go out on Satuday as we were so cold and the first night was awful due to the whole house feeling so cold. It is a large space to heat so this is very important I would think? ...We loved the layout of the house and its brilliant for hosting but I would recommend you check with the host if you are visiting in the colder months to make sure heating is on !!"
