DISCLAIMER: The staff was very friendly and accommodating for my 3 night stay. However the property is old and some of the amenities listed were not available. Check in was easy the clerk that checked me in was very nice. The room was a standard room with 2 queen beds so no complaints there. However our room never got serviced by housekeeping not even to give us clean towels. I’m not making a big fuss over them cleaning the room but we definitely needed new towels every day. They advertised laundry facilities but they were not available to me and that was one of the main reasons I chose to stay there so I wouldn’t have to take a ton of dirty clothes home. Lastly there were supposed to be vending machines on each floor. There were not and the one they had on the 1st floor hardly worked. Again the staff was friendly and accommodating I just don’t agree with the price that I paid with what the hotel had to offer.

Mold and gross and they had no blankets for the pull out couch I had to go buy one. Have to put a 100 dollar deposit plus play for the hotel.

When I arrived to the room I was told my reservation had been canceled due to nonpayment from Expedia. After sitting in the lobby and calling Expedia we learned that the staff were negligent or not trained properly on how to book reservations using the discounted rate through Expedia. However, The staff called his manager and she quickly walked him through how to book the reservation. This shows lack of leadership and lack of training on the management at the hotel. Overall the entire was very nice and helpful, in fact they always spoke and asked if they could do anything for you each time you walked by the front desk. The pillows on the bed were too soft and the room could use a good deep cleaning and minimal repairs. The AC/heating unit did not work properly and the mirror in the bathroom was propped up with rocks to hold it in place. Could add boiled eggs for breakfast. Other than that my stay was good.

Killed about 10 roaches mainly in bathroom area. Hallways on 1st and 3rd floor had a seriously musty smell which carried into room. Literally went to buy Lysol to spray inside room. Breakfast was basic. won't be coming back

We've stayed there before because it's convenient to the freeway and it's in the corridor we take to Ft. Lauderdale FL. We had a very, positive experience at this hotel both times. It's super clean. The air conditioner worked extremely well. Its very roomy in the room with a king-sized bed. Its got great blackout curtains that engenders a great night's sleep! The walk-in shower is so roomy encased in pretty tile. The bathroom counter is very long with lots of space and then some for toiletries, towels, etc. The towels were plenties as well. My only suggestion is to provide more pillows of a better quality. Those were lumpy with little support. Overall, however, its a great, little hotel which is also very affordable. The front desk clerk was above and beyond friendly and helpful. Way to go, Sleep Inn!

The staff were all very kind, but the hotel itself was lacking and in poor condition. There was black mold coming out of the overflow drain into the sink and in what should have been the grout of the shower. We needed to use the pull out bed. The mattress had no covering, was ripped and had significant staining. The platform it was on was also ripped, so a portion of the foot of the bed sagged to the floor. We were also told they do not provide any blankets for the hide a bed. So, some of our children had to make do with sheets only. One of children that slept on the bed also woke up with mysterious bites on her face and arms. While again the staff was friendly I could not in good conscience recommend this hotel and wish we had looked elsewhere for our family accommodations.

I enjoyed my stay, however since I selected to pay at property, when I arrived at the hotel they informed me they did not have a 2 queen bed room for us, only a room with 1 king since they over booked. just ps for booking this property, just pay in advance so your booking is secure, and you don’t wind up with 4 people sleeping in a king and 2 sleeping on the floor. lol

The room I was in had bugs, they moved me to a different room where the floor in the bathroom was so dirty and sticky that I had to mop it with a wash cloth. The refrigerator didn’t work. It was turned on but warm inside. Missing TV remote. The replacement remote only 2 buttons were working. The small milk containers at breakfast were spoiled. Most likely will not return to this location. TB

The entire building inside and room smelled of cigarettes, which is interesting because there are signs saying it's a smoke free building. Breakfast was blah, nothing special. The experience could have been much better considering the price. Won't stay again.

Do not stay at this hotel! Rooms and hallways are filthy. Terrible service at the front desk. We believe to have witnessed drug activity in the parking lot. We did not stay the night. Left within 20 minutes of arrival.

Breakfast was limited...no water or ice...juice machine was broke...no sausage or bacon We just slept and the bed was pretty comfortable...didn't use other amenities

Not like the photos
We reserved a room for 3, the couch pulled out and they said they did not have any extra pillows or blankets for us. The room and hotel was dated. The breakfast was not very good at all.

The room was dusty smelled of paint paint on furniture,tub was a safety hazard slippery staff could care less. We stayed the 7-9 too in a very nice 3 floor room I did not book through Hotels I think they treat 3 party venders very bad

This property has a very strong mold smell. Room did not smell clean light fixtures had mold and looked dirty. I would not stay here again.

Like going home....
We've stayed here many times. It is conveniently located for us when we travel to Daytona. Love the suite and the breakfast. Coffee always available is a plus for me. Easy on and off the interstate. QT across the street make this even better.

The desk clerk was very sweet, but was unable to summon anyone when our TV wouldn't change channels (neither on set nor remote). A big chunk of base tile was missing at the tub and their were other maintenance issues that made me wonder if I should take pictures to protect my $100 damage deposit. Not sure how they determine who's deposit to keep when so much needed fixing on arrival. There was no comparable room to move us to. But the bed slept good and we had books.

The staff is horrible.. not all of them but the cleaning crew and the ops manager for sure. Kept my deposit because per the lazy ops manager if you smoke outside and come inside the room the smoke smell will affect your deposit. Nowhere in the policy it states that I can not smoke outside in the SMOKING AREA. Nowhere does it states I can not throw away tobacco in a trash can. It states NO SMOKING IN ROOMS. Now because of this simple matter I will be taking them to civil court. So glad I got proof or everything.
