« The price was right. The HVAC in the room was like sleeping with a vacuum cleaner running all night. But what really irritated me was that we got there early (after 2pm), and the staff made a big deal about trying to find us a room prior to the 3 pm check in time. Total bs. They never found a room but shortly after 3pm, several rooms were miraculously available. This has happened to us at other Comfort Suites hotels. Haven't had a problem at other hotel properties. Look, just tell your customers...

« This property always has a friendly staff and great service. I have stayed here several time and always find the property very well maintained and clean. The rooms are super comfortable and the A/C's are very quiet. You can't beat the hot breakfast . . . . . . . . It's an all around great value! »

« We were told that there was coffee in the morning,New Years day! The place was locked up and no answer from the door bell at the night desk.when registering the woman very polite!she told us that the owner was away. His friend that was supposed to be taking care of the place was not answering. We wanted a a copy of the paper work , had to throw the key through a slot so no one else could use it. Dogs barking from other units. Not pleased! »

« Ac was turned off to the room so upon arrival at 9:30 the room was really hot and took hours to cool down making sleep difficult. Other than that room was adequate for a place to stay while on a road trip not meant for vacation purposes. »

« No cold water in the bathroom sink needs to be updated »
