"The room was large and very clean with beautiful views. The restaurant was excellent and the staff was helpful and friendly. Our luggage was delivered late by a service and the staff made sure to bring it to us and checked with us prior to its arrival. This hotel is worth the stay!"

One of the highlights was the bar in the evening, where there was live music that added a nice, lively touch without being overwhelming. Breakfast was excellent, with a generous selection and great quality. The breakfast and bar staff stood out in particular — warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive. They took the time to chat and made the experience feel personal and inviting. The ground-floor restaurant was also enjoyable and convenient for dinner. Our room was clean and well kept, and the hotel is located on a pleasant street that’s easy to stroll along. "We (family of 4) stayed here for 5 days over the New Year and we can't say enough about the genuine, inviting, and fun nature of the staff. The food is excellent and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The entire hotel is well appointed with fresh rooms, amazing mountain views and shuttles to the area ski lifts. We would definitely return. "
