Unfortunately it says language spoken English. That wasn’t the case. Worked through that and then tried to eat. No vegetables at all my wife is vegan. Grocery store downstairs so we shopped, tried to borrow a fork from the hotel and NO was the answer. Ate with hands. We arrived at 3PM to find the place locked up tight without a soul around. After we sat in our car for two hours someone finally drove up and let us check in. The room was incredibly small with toilet down the hall (which did not surprise us) and the shower on a different floor (which did). Dinner was overpriced and very underwhelming. Breakfast had very meager selection. Un service plus qu'impecable. Nous avons été reçu comme des rois dans tous les sens du terme. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. La vue y est magnifique sur les Alpes Suisses et en plus on y mange très bien !
