« This is a really cool place. It seems that it was originally some kind of mansion, but restored into a hotel with modern amenities. There is also a shared, fully stocked kitchen. The owners are really nice and accommodating. We only stayed one night, but definitely worth a return trip. »

« The cottage is so lovely. Everything you would need is there available for your use. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the furnishings were beautiful. The bathroom was beautiful and had plenty of clean towels and washcloths. The cottage was cozy and we kept nice and warm on the cold evenings. There is a washer and dryer, however we never used it. Downtown Napa is less than 2 miles away. We will definitely stay here again! »

« Beautiful cottage furnished with love by Tom and Judy. The room had everything we needed and more. It was well equipped to cozy up and enjoy a quick meal before bedtime or breakfast before we headed out to explore Napa. The beds were super comfortable and Tom even answered my request at 730 am for more towels. He generously shared persimons as well. If you're looking for a quaint place close to wineries but also very economical this is the place! »

« The place is welcoming, clean and cozy. The host left a personal card and some wine which is always a plus. The only issue we had was the check in instructions could have been more clear as to how to locate the guest house and clear instructions where to enter and park since it was a guesthouse. Luckily, someone was home and helped us right away and everything was smooth from there. Would stay again and recommend for families. »

« This is the tiniest space. It’s a bed in a box. You want to turn around? You’d better do it outside. Extremely overpriced for a space smaller than ANY hotel room I’ve ever experienced. The circa 1982 fixtures just set the whole thing off. There is a fridge. No mini microwave. So bring back a leftover, but you’re eating it cold. We regularly go to Napa. We will never stay here again. »

« Our family stayed here over Christmas. One of our 3 adult children had to work several days over Christmas week at a nearby medical center and the house was close enough that she could join us when not working. We had plenty of room for the 5 of us (all adults) and our big dog, and really enjoyed the character of the older house and its furnishings. The house was very clean and well supplied. The neighborhood provides easy access to the rest of Napa and the Bay Area, however it is on a busy...

« We very much enjoyed our respite for a couple of nights here at this condo that is well-positioned location-wise. It is clean, with coffee maker, comfortable bed, with respectfully quiet neighbors. The resort's store/gift shop/bakery has a good selection of food and drink and other items one might need. Would stay here again. »
