« Everything looked great new, modern and clean. The receptionist pleasant but unable to locate me by Expedia itinerary number or name. I had to instruct her to call Expedia .. I gave her the confirmation at that time she was able locate me.. we arrived late almost at midnight jumped in the shower no shampoo. My husband had to pick it up from reception we were on the 4th floor. Would I stay here again absolutely. Over all I rate them 5 star just little things that need attention. »

« The Empress is in/near a very nice/cool/fun section of Main St. Good food. Solid galleries. At least two very interesting antique shops. Wonderful ice cream shop. The Community Bakery is very good for pastries, coffee, breakfast or lunch. At the Empress James is a perfect host and took care of everything we needed. We would stay again if our travels take us back to Little Rock. »

« Had a great stay. Kelly the bartender made excellent drinks! Chef Al made a delicious chicken pesto pasta and Tim the valet. I don’t remember the front desk clerk but she was super friendly! »

« Great location. Staff were very helpful. Need better instructions on how to use parking garage. Breakfast was generous with many choices. TV was easy to access. Bed was comfortable. Shower in606 was a bit complicated to use. Would like more towel bars to hang for drying. Will rebook in Little Rock. »
