very beautiful old house renovated by the owner in love with old stones and wood, this cottage of 150 m2 is classified 4 ears, 4 stars, by GITE DE FRANCE. The swimming pool is in an independent building, open from APRIL to OCTOBER, the water is heated there by a heat pump. You share it with the occupants of the neighboring home, at the times of your choice.

Xervacotes - Gite
Gite très spacieux et bien aménagé (bien que peu lumineux) et hôtes très sympathiques. Notre séjour s'est très bien passé et correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes. Il faut savoir que la région d'Epinal est très "rurale" et belle mais offre peu d'activités à proximité, si ce n'est de la balade nature.

Agréable weekend dans un écrin de verdure
Nous avons séjourné dans ce gîte avec un couple d'amis et nos enfants. Nous y avons passé un agréable weekend qui nous a permis de profiter des Imaginales à Epinal, ainsi que de la tranquillité du coin. Le gîte est extrêmement bien équipé et ses propriétaires sont charmants. La piscine avec vue sur la prairie a ravi tout le monde.

Super séjour
Je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de voir les propriétaires mais la communication a été nickel. Le logement est top et convivial . Vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Si vous souhaitez un séjour au grand air et calme, dépaysement garanti, vous vous réveillerez au son des hirondelles et des vaches qui vous diront bonjour.

Jean-Pierre et Chantal sont des personnes très accueilantes et chaleureuses qui nous reçoivent dans leur magnifique gîte avec une vue de la terrasse à couper le souffle. En un mot "splendide".Quand on y arrive, on ne veut plus repartir!

Die Lage ist sehr schön und es ist so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und haben sehr schöne Urlaubstage gehabt. Die Lage und der Pool so wie das Haus waren perfekt dafür. Ein nettes Dankeschön an unsere Vermieter die sich sehr bemüht haben mit uns Englisch zu reden. Auch für den selbst angebauten und mit liebe gepflegten Gemüsegarten haben wir ins freuen dürfen da es einiges für den Salat bzw. Nachtisch gab. Man muss etwas zahlen, dafür ist es aber 100%Bio. Es war einfach für uns in der Zeit ein gelungener Familienurlaub mit vielen tollen wanderungen in der Umgebung. Somit auf jedenfall einen Aufenthalt Wert. Grüße Fam. Kogel

Maison en pleine nature avec tout le confort souhaité
Le gîte de Chantal et de Jean-Pierre est un lieu plein d’authenticité et de vécu qui se ressent dans chaque pièce de cette maison. Ce lieu, avec vue sur la campagne et sur le très beau potager des propriétaires, offre dépaysement et déconnexion. Pour les sportifs, ils ont le choix entre la piscine généreuse dans ses dimensions et les nombreux chemins de randonnée, de Trail et de VTT à proximité dans la forêt vosgienne. Nous recommandons ce gîte pour les familles qui apprécieront également les jeux de plein air, le terrain de pétanque et le linge de maison fourni.

Maison très confortable en pleine campagne
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans la jolie maison de Jean-Pierre et Chantal. Nous avons fait de belles promenades alentour et avons pu faire du tourisme dans les villes proches. Nous reviendrons sûrement!

Schönes Haus mit wirklich umfassender Ausstattung. Besonders gemütlich: Wohnzimmer und Terrasse.
Vor allem für unsere Kids (4 und 6) war der Pool das absolute Highlight. Mit einer Temperatur zwischen 26 und 28 Grad lädt er auch zum längeren Baden ein. Die "Flachwasserzone" war ideal zum Schwimmenlernen. Uns hat es richtig gut gefallen!
