« L’hôtel est joli mais les restaurants et la piscine étaient fermés sans que nous soyons avertis au préalable. De plus notre réservation était avec petit déjeuner inclus mais arrivé à l’hôtel ils nous ont dit que ce n’était pas inclus. Même pas un café à la réception ni de cafetière dans la chambre. »

Literie inconfortable, staff absent aux heures de service, plis de café disponible. Bref, une catastrophe »
