"When I was looking for a place to stay in Coffs Harbour I wanted a kitchen, king size bed, washing machine,and parking on site. This place advertised all four of these things along with a barbecue. After I paid I received an email stating I could not park on site nor could I use the barbecue. After we arrived late in the evening, I realized there was no kitchen and no washing machine. I called Coff accommodations who were taking care of this apartment and complained. They said they were sorry...

"We rented a cabin. It was substandard with the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. It faced a steel fence, was really hot and needs to be demolished. "The property is absolutely stunning. Very close to the beach and set amongst a very dense tropical forest with a stream running though it. The rooms are a little dated. My only real complaint is the main pool area. For some reason they do not not supply towels. You have to bring a towel from your room, or walk over to reception, and ask for a towel. My other complaint is the lack of a bar area at the pool. You have to walk over the the main bar area, place the order, pay for the order, and then they will deliver it to your seating in the pool area. "
