This house has a great central location. Close to shops and amazing beaches. Very clean and tidy. Great for a family stay.

Spectacular views & a beautiful home! The house is literally right on the water providing a peaceful stay, we enjoyed having a morning coffee or a glass of bubbles in the afternoon on the outdoor patio, fishing & just relaxing. A short drive to Urunga Foreshore, Sawtell is a nice little town to visit, about a 25min drive to Coffs Harbour.Check in was quick & easy, great communication from the host Paula & Matt.Looking forward to our 5th stay!

House was Comfortable and Immaculate, Patio space outside was perfect during a bit of rain, Kids caught some bream off the back patio and chilled on the lounge with the big TV. Quiet area to wind down and relax after a day out and about.

The accommodation was well situated and clean. The number of cameras around the property was alarming, not making for a comfortable stay. Also, a neighbour thankfully warned us not to paddleboard in the river, particularly at dawn or dusk, given the bull sharks - one appeared right in front of the accommodation the next day! A warning about this would have thus been welcomed. Don't swim here!

Exactly as presented in the photos but imagine also a cool breeze, warm sun, fishing off the deck (& catching plenty) quiet neighborhood and space for kids to play. Felt like we'd downsized and reconnected with fuss free, simple seaside living. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with us for a much needed break.

The house was great, clean and had everything we needed, beds were comfortableand the kitchen was well equipped. The guide with nearby shops and food options was super helpful.Location on the river was perfect for fishing and the outdoor area, including the big bbq was perfect for lazy afternoons. Definitely recommend for a relaxing holiday on the river.

We love staying at this property. A beautiful location so quiet and peaceful and the river view is wonderful. Everything you need in the kitchen (but no tea or coffee this time). The bed felt a bit firm this time (but is that just my old bones complaining) and what happened to the wardrobe? All in all we enjoyed our stay. One of our favourite places to stay!

#### This Place Keeps getting Better 

This was our 3rd year at this Holiday House, Bream and mud crabs were on, we remembered our crab pots this year, can’t beat fresh seafood from the back yard, not to mention the new 6 burner BBQ, any chef who be happy to be cooking on it, still a bit of rain but with back completely covered from the weather it’s not a problem, we will definitely be booking again.Thanks Paula and Matt

If I had to give a rating out of 10 I would have to say 12! Beautiful location quiet and relaxing. Spotlessly clean with everything you might need for your holiday. The hosts are also very approachable. I would be happy to recommend this property. We will certainly be back!

Great location on the river. Alive with birdlife. Two bedrooms and large living area. Very clean and well provided for self catering. Probably not practical to walk to town but a very easy short drive. Light sleepers may be disturbed by nearby train line. Did not bother us.A splendid location to enjoy a cool drink while spending hours watching the river go by.Recommended.

#### Relaxing and comfortable waterfront beauty

The property has been very well appointed and super well equipped for bbqs, kitchen cooking and general comfort. The beds were comfy, loungeroom great for a Netflix binge and fishing/crabbing from the backyard is a great bonus!The hosts have put a great deal of thought in to this property. 2 couple, 4 adults had plenty of space to share comfortably.A short walk to the BP for ice and icecreams and the town was only minutes away with awesome parmys at the pub, great fish n chips, coffee, and grocery store with all the fancy holiday foods (including hot food) you could possibly want for.
