"Nice little last minute place to stay. "

"5/5 - Absolutely wonderful stay! We had an amazing experience at this villa. The communication was excellent—the hosts responded incredibly fast to any questions we had. The place was absolutely spotless and clean. We loved it so much that we’ve already decided to stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Nice hotel Spacious New Nice staff Dinner and breakfast super nice"

"Relax time so good!"

"The property is well maintained and appears to have been recently renovated. The rooms are spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the buffet dinner, especially the locally sourced beef. The onsen was also nice, although it was smaller than those at some other onsen hotels. "地區很好, 附近有便利店和24小時的餐廳! 這個十分好, 因為嬉野所有店舖實在太早關門了! 不遠有步行街, 有名的豆腐店"

"Staff is helpful and polite, onsen is good, breakfast's food & environment are excellent . Dislike the staircases at the entrance, difficult to take luggage for check in and out. Will come again."

"Good location and clean. "

"Very enjoyable stay, great food and modern rooms"

"Blood stain on sheets, chair broken, smokers on non-smoking floor, mattress & pillows hard as bricks, room adjacent to main road so noisy, no dining, breakfast is a cold bento box. Good shower and staff."

"Expedia and their site says they have free airport shuttle...they do not. Someone needs to update now. Carpets were worn out in the halls. The service and friendlyness of the staff is what makes this hotel worth staying at. Also room was huge. "

"Good hotel"

"A very nice traditional Japanese style hotel with a large outdoor hot spring pool. "
